Our version of the well-known tool to help with individual reflection at the end of a workshop...!
Gerard was awesome! He facilitated the newly formed Seniors' Community Health Team through team building activities and helped us realize the importance of understanding each others role and personal learning styles. He helped us through some rocky times but we are moving forward successfully as a collaborative and effective team working to keep seniors in their communities along the South Shore.
Gayle Ogilvie, Team Leader Seniors' Community Health Team, South Shore Health, Nova Scotia
Gerard is approachable, collaborative, engaging, intuitive, and insightful. He recently facilitated a retreat for our local board which was excellent in helping our members identify milestones and plan next steps to bring about further growth and development. His background in the not-for-profit world is very advantageous as he fully understands the realities and dynamics involved with this voluntary sector. I would highly recommend Barefoot.”
